Any changes to your booking must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations:
- You may cancel your booking within 48 hours after making it for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 48 hours from the time of booking are non-refundable.
- In the rare event that Sunny Oasis cancels your cruise (e.g., due to weather or technical issues), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
- Prices shown do not include VAT (24%), which is added at checkout.
- All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, any price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid.
4. Use of Services
By booking a cruise with Sunny Oasis, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- Ensure you and your party arrive on time at the agreed departure point. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.
- Follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times for your safety and comfort.
5. Limitations of Liability
While we always strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Sunny Oasis shall not be held liable for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except when caused by proven negligence on our part.
- Weather conditions, sea currents, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may affect the cruise itinerary.
In the event of an unforeseen cancellation by us, you will be entitled to a full refund or an alternative cruise date.
6. Intellectual Property
